Time: 12.30 - 13.30
Room: Sandon Room – Ground Floor
One of the main methods for addressing the problems of complexity and ambiguity in leadership is reflective journaling. There are surprisingly few opportunities to learn how to get started. This intensive workshop is based on Boosting Resilience research and development of journaling. You will get guidance and hands-on use of journaling methods, plus a route map of how to continue to journal after the end of the workshop. All materials needed for the workshop are provided on the day.
Structure of Workshop
Activity 1: Introduction and Expectations
Activity 2: Pre-preparing your journal
