To apply innovation ideation techniques to develop and explore potential new ideas for arts organisations. You will be introduced to ideas generation cycles, and how to use them, and be given the opportunity to use innovation games/techniques, including The innovation Gamble (dice game), Eno-s Oblique Strategies, Rapid Prototyping, Ketso, Stretching ideas and Blue Ocean. The outcome of this session is to introduce real innovation techniques which participants can use in their organisations. Explore how innovation can be created through processes, rather than as bolts from the blue.
