All too often the term “resilience” is used as shorthand for an enhanced business model and diversification of income streams. Although there is no doubt that this is an important element of resilience, and a challenge for many of us in the sector, throughout the Boosting Resilience programme, we have been thinking about the topic in much wider and more creative ways.  This session offers a series of thought provoking personal reflections on different aspects of resilience, and an opportunity for discussion, to set the tone for the rest of the day.
