Poetry and Resilience

Session lead: Nick Makoha - Poet and Creative Entrepreneur
Time: 12.30 - 13.30
Room: Library – First Floor

Are you feeling resilient? Are you in need of a reboot? When was the last time you checked-in on yourself? Are you worth it? If you have answered yes to at least one of these questions, then join Nick Makoha's poetry masterclass and use it as creative laboratory. Find out what creative strategies we can use to unlock effective processes to move us beyond resilience. We will use language and poetry as our key. All are welcome.
