Claire is an Enterprise Fellow and joined the Centre for Enterprise in March 2013. Claire works across a series of programmes to support leadership, business growth, and entrepreneurship. Claire has extensive teaching and learning experience, programme design and development, business support, project management and delivery, and higher education experience.

Claire is the Project Manager of the ERDF Greater Manchester High Growth Network Programme. This fully-funded business growth programme is for companies with high growth potential, and Claire facilitates and delivers many of the sessions and manages the programme.

Claire is the Programme Director for the Managers2Leaders courses, the highly successful and well-regarded course from the MMU Business School Centre for Enterprise. Claire teaches and project manages the Managers2Leaders leadership development course, and has developed and successfully launched the new M2L Sales and M2L Digital Marketing courses.
