Paul Steele is an experienced Managing Director of arts, cultural and digital organisations and programmes. Specialising in developing multi-agency partnerships and networks in disadvantaged communities.

He has demonstrable management experience in the cultural, digital and charity sector and in his current position as Managing Director of Junction Arts, he is responsible for overseeing an ambitious charity and social change organisation. He is also experienced in strategic organisational growth and has developed strong relationships with the public, private and third sectors. He has been a representative on the Radio Skills and Development Forum and the TV Skills Committee and represented the voluntary sector on the Associate Parliamentary Media Literacy Group.
