Victoria is a Senior Consultant at Work Psychology Group. She has experience in leading a wide range of high profile projects and enjoys working with both public and private sector organisations to create solutions that are robust, innovative, and suitable for assessment and development in a number of different professions.

Victoria’s experience at Work Psychology Group includes early career selection for high stakes professions such as Medicine and Dentistry, including design, delivery and evaluation of a range of selection methodologies. In previous roles, she has led organisation-wide training and change initiatives within the engineering and security sectors, encompassing a range of topics including customer service, communication, leadership development and implementation of new operating systems and processes. Her areas of interest include selection and assessment, learning and development, leadership and resilience.
